-
Their office will contact you directly to collect your details and a small hold fee (to ensure you keep the appointment).

The Stories and a Follow-Up
"I recently acquired a puppy who was found on the highway and would like to get her spayed."
Kayla and Nova
"We took him in unexpectedly as we found him roaming the streets of East Cleveland in distress so we’ve just been doing everything we can."
Bridget and Mobley
"Yeah I found her on e95th and cedar in October. Knocked on doors and one person said that another person threw her out earlier in the day. So I took her home. Had her scanned at my regular vet, no chip."
Bobby and Karma
"I again want to thank you for doing this for the people who do want to help their pets but can’t afford it. I truly do appreciate & hope one day I have the opportunity to pay it forward"

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer spay/neuter services for other pets?
Unfortunately, no. At this time, we are only focusing on the breed most frequently seen in shelters. This focus may expand in the future. Our veterinary partners do, however, provide affordable spay/neuter services. You’re welcome to reach out directly to book an appointment at one of the following clinics: PetFix in Euclid, Great Life in Kent, AlterClinic in Canton, or Community Vet in Brookpark.
What is included in this service?
Each veterinary clinic may handle things a little differently. However, in general, we cover the cost of the surgery as well as a rabies vaccination (if needed), since it is legally required.
Is there a hold fee for an appointment?
Yes. There is a $25–$30 hold fee. This fee is refundable on the day of surgery if you attend your appointment. If the appointment is missed, the fee is forfeited. You may also choose to apply the fee toward other services at the time of your visit, such as vaccinations or nail trims.
What is the wait time for an appointment?
Each Veterinarian we partner with has a different schedule. When we contact you, we’ll review the options and help find what works best for you. Typical wait times range from 2 weeks to 2 months.
